Apprentice / Entry-Level Labourer
Pay • $20–$25 per hour, with overtime opportunities
Hours • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts

This entry-level labourer/apprentice role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined and eager to learn a skilled trade. You’ll support installations and job site operations by using tools, reading basic plans, and assisting with equipment setup and servicing. The position involves hands-on physical work, problem-solving, and working both independently and as part of a team. No extensive experience is required—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry, with training and advancement opportunities provided.
Journeyperson / Experienced Mechanical Technician
Pay • $40-$50 per hour
Hours • Full-time, with overtime opportunities

This journeyperson-level role is suited for an experienced mechanical technician with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of industrial and mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, and related systems. The role involves preventative maintenance, equipment overhauls, and working in dynamic, often heavy-industrial environments. You’ll follow strict safety procedures, contribute to maintenance planning, and support efficient operations. The ideal candidate is certified, highly skilled, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in demanding conditions.
Plumbing Estimator
Pay • $80,000–$125,000 per year, with overtime opportunities
Hours • Full-time, with overtime opportunities

This plumbing estimator role focuses on preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. You’ll review drawings and specifications, complete material and labour takeoffs, and work closely with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are properly scoped and priced. The role involves identifying risks, updating estimates as projects evolve, and supporting smooth project execution from planning through to completion. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with estimating software and project documentation in a fast-paced environment.
